For online orders with the exception of earrings if, within 14 days of receiving your purchase you wish to change your mind inform us by email. You may then return the items for a full refund of the cost of the goods only, you must pay the return postage, (you have a further 14 days to do this). It is your responsibility to ensure items arrive back with us in the same condition in which they were sent. Earrings are supplied in transparent sealed packages, if the seal is broken they cannot be returned.
If a item arrives damaged or is not as descried please inform us as soon as possible, within 30 days maximum, we will arrange for a full refund where appropriate.
If there is a problem with a item you purchased at our shop in Yarmouth rather than online please contact us by email or phone, we will do our best to solve the problem.
These conditions are in addition to and do not otherwise affect your statutory rights.
